Each of our robotic pool cleaners undergoes meticulous inspection for defects in materials and workmanship before leaving our factory. We offer a limited warranty covering repair or replacement of specific components: the warranty period for hardware parts is two years from the date of purchase. For consumable items, namely filter baskets, filters, roller brushes, filter sponges of DynaSkimmer, and wheels, the warranty extends for three months from the date of purchase. 

Coverage:

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers the specified components listed above.  

Proof of Purchase

To benefit from this Limited Warranty, retain and provide the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. It must accompany any warranty claims submitted to AZULON. 

Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:  

• Lack of proof of purchase.
• Modification or self-repair of the product by the purchaser or unauthorized individuals.
• Use of non-original parts or accessories not belonging to our product.
• Use of the product in contravention of the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Application of improper voltage.
• Any form of abuse of the product.
• Incidents resulting from accidents or negligence.

Limitations

Consequential damages, including claims for normal wear-and-tear or any force majeure outside the control of AZULON, are not covered by this Limited Warranty. 

Non-Manufacturing Defects

Non-manufacturing defects, such as grass growth through the ground cloth and/or pool liner, are not covered under AZULON’s responsibility. 

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact AZULON with the relevant proof of purchase. Following verification, AZULON will assess and, at its discretion, provide repair or replacement of the covered components as outlined in this Limited Warranty. 

Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for the original purchaser, superseding all other warranties, whether expressed or implied.  

AZULON reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this Limited Warranty at its discretion.
